When you request an invitation, we collect your email address, your name if you choose to provide it, your consent selection, and the information included in your submission. Our website host and form-delivery provider may also process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser details, timestamps and security signals needed to deliver the site, transmit the form and prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information to receive and respond to your request, provide confirmed Édition 01 release and availability updates, send occasional VÉRONNE communications you agreed to receive, maintain the security of the site and form, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Consent and your choices
You may withdraw your consent to promotional communications at any time by writing to hello@veronneatelier.com. Future promotional messages will also identify VÉRONNE and provide a way to stop receiving them. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Service providers and processing locations
We use service providers to host the website and deliver invitation-form submissions. The current form is transmitted through FormSubmit. Those providers process information on our behalf and may process it outside your province or outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed. FormSubmit’s own privacy terms are available on its website.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet legal requirements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required.
Safeguards
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Cookies and analytics
This product-reveal build does not include advertising trackers or analytics. It uses local media and motion libraries, while the selected display fonts are requested from Google Fonts. The site may use essential browser storage only to remember experience choices such as sound preference.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain. Contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
